Member Area and Tour Details

This article goes over the settings you can expect to find once a Tour or Member Area has been selected. Most of the settings for the Members Area and Tour function similarly; however, they each have some settings that are different depending on which one you have selected.
You can find Member Area Specific Settings and Tour Specific Settings in their respective sections.

General
On the General tab, you'll find useful information that pertains to your Tour and Member Area, such as the following:
Tour ID - The unique identifier for the tour.
Status - Whether or not the Tour is enabled or disabled.
URL - The URL for the tour.
Enabled Sets - The number of sets available on the tour.
Scheduled Sets - The number of sets scheduled to be published at a later date.
Name - The given name of the Tour.
Description - The given description for the Tour.
Preview Secret - The password for allowing theme previews.
GA Tracking ID - The Google Analytics Tracking ID.
Themes

The Theme tab displays settings to control the look and feel of your tour.

Sets

The Sets tab displays a filterable list of sets that are published to a Channel accessible by the currently selected Tour or Member Area.
Each set has several relevant details, including the following:
Name - The name of the set.
Slug - The unique slug that is appended to the domain.
Pictures - The number of pictures in the set.
Videos - The number of videos in the set.
Trailer Video - Whether or not the set has a trailer video.
Member Views - The number of member views the set has.
Published - A list of Channels the set is published to.
Clicking an individual set will take you to the Set Overview. Additionally, multi-selecting sets allows you to quickly modify the Models and Metadata values associated with the selected sets.

User Interaction
On the User Interaction tab, you can find a list of comments left by members as well as ratings and favorites.

Server Setup

The Server Setup tab provides information for setting up your server details. The server details can be customized, including the following options:
Server Location - Whether the Tour is served from the NATS or a Remote Server.
URL - The full URL for the Tour.
Document Root - The full file path on the server to the document root for the tour. This is where the Angular App will live.
API Domain - Linkdomain or CDN domain used for API calls. This can be left blank to use the NATS Domain.

Member Area Specific Settings
This section goes over every setting that you can expect to find when viewing and editing a Member Area, excluding any settings you might see when viewing a Tour.
General Tab

General
The Member Area-specific setting you'll find in this section is the Login Redirect URL, which contains a field to insert a URL to redirect Members to login if they ever hit your Member Area URL without being logged in, or if they have logged out. This will be the full URL to a tour's dedicated login page.
User Interaction
In this section, you'll find the option for enabling or disabling Comment Moderation.
With Moderation enabled, you will need to approve new comments before they are displayed within your Member Area. When they are disabled, new comments will automatically be enabled for members other than the original commenter to view.

Available Formats
Using the Available Formats section, you can view details such as which format you have set in the Formats section as your Default video format, a list of formats, whether they are downloadable or not, and whether they can be streamed or not.
These settings can be modified by clicking the "Modify" button.

Login Rules
On the Login Rules tab, you can specify which NATS Sites, Tours, and Join Options a member must subscribe to before they can log in to the selected Member Area.
Clicking the "Add New" button will bring up options for modifying Login Rules.

Content Rules
On the Content Rules tab, you can specify which CMS channels are authorized to display content in the selected Member Area. This ensures that Members who meet the specified criteria, such as subscription status, site, tour, join option, or membership duration, can view content in the authorized channels.

Tour Specific Settings
This section goes over every setting that you can expect to find when viewing and editing a Tour, excluding any settings you might see when viewing a Member's Area.
These settings help you control how your visitor-facing tour behaves.
General Tab
On the General Tab, you will find the Default Signup Details to configure the CMS's interaction with other parts of NATS, such as choosing a Site and Tour within NATS that members will sign up to.

Default Signup Details
Tour for Member Sign-Up - The traditional NATS Tour that is associated with the CMS Tour.
Additional URL Params - Additional Parameters to add to any links to your join form, such as deep linking.
NATS Code Override - NATS code to use when linking to the NATS join form, if no code is passed.
Default NATS Code - The default NATS code, which will be used if no code is passed and the NATS code override is not set.
Some of these details can be updated by clicking the "Update" button next to Default Signup Detail.
Available Formats
Using the Default Trailer Format, you can determine with a single setting what every preview trailer's default video resolution is.

Theme Tab
On the Theme Tab, you will find a subtab titled Visitor Defaults, which is only available on Tours.

Visitor Defaults
Visitor defaults control what a new visitor sees when they first visit your tour, specifically the Content Consent Popup and Cookie Consent Popups.
