# Documents for Sets and Metadata

The Document tab allows you to upload Documents for Sets and Metadata. These documents can be a PDF, an image file, or any word file extension, and contain any information you wish.&#x20;

Please Note: Make sure your IP address is set in the **DOCUMENTS\_SECURE\_IPS** configuration setting, which can be found in the Configuration Admin's Security Section. Otherwise, you will receive an "Invalid IP" error when trying to upload a W9.

## Managing Documents

Managing a Set's Documents can be done by navigating to the Set in the Content Management Admin, then clicking the Documents Tab, where you can find a list of documents for the Set.

Metadata, which also includes Models, also has the Documents Tab that serves the same purpose.

## Adding Documents

Documents can be added by clicking the "Add New" button at the top of the page, where you will be presented with a modal to upload the file.
