Checklist

Below, you can find a list of items necessary to complete before you go live with NATS.

Biller Setup

• Did you set up all your billers?

• Did you enter the right account information in the Billers Admin?

• Did you set up each biller on their website?

• Did you set up the biller Join Options in the Sites Admin?

• Did you set up your Biller Fees for processing transactions?

Cascade Setup

• Did you set up at least one cascade?

• Were you able to sign-up successfully?

• Did it cascade correctly on failure?

Site Setup

• Did you set up all of your sites?

• Did you set up an Apache VirtualHost for each linkdomain?

• Did you set up Tours for each site?

• Did you customize the color scheme, background image, and header image in your join forms with the Customize Join Form feature?

• Did you set up join options for each site?

• Did you design a Join Form for each site?

Program Setup

• Did you set up and enable your programs?

• Did you set up default payouts for your programs?

Ad Tool Setup

• Did you set up your ad tools?

• Did you configure the advanced features for certain ad tool types, like Geo Banners and Fan Signs? (Optional)

Cross-sells & Upsells

• Did you configure and test your cross-sells and upsells?

• Did you check both Incoming and Outgoing cross-sells & upsells?

Communication

• Did you send a test e-mail through the Mass Mailing Admin?

Configuration

• Did you set up your Configuration Admin settings?

Payment

• Did you set up affiliate payment types?

Member Management

• Did you set up your Member Management for your sites?

Affiliate Activation

• Did you set up Affiliate Account Verification for new affiliate accounts?

Page-to-page Link

• Did you set up your paysite's page-to-page links?

• Did you add ?<?=(!empty($_REQUEST['nats']) && !preg_match('/[\'\"<>()\\\+\[\]]/', $_REQUEST['nats']))?'&nats='.$_REQUEST['nats']:?> to your paysite's page to page links and did you change the join link to that provided on the top of the site's edit page?

Linkcodes

• Did you test any linkcodes?

Join Forms

• Did you test your join forms?

Membership

• Did you credit (or chargeback) a membership?

• Did NATS remove the credited member?

Please Note: For some billers, there can be a delay of several hours before we import the credit.

Testing Member Sign-up

• Have you run a complete member sign-up through NATS?

• Have you confirmed that the new member can log in to your membership area?
