nats_display_edit_payvia_info

Displays a form an affiliate can use to change their minimum payment and pay to settings.

Parameters

Output

A form with two fields: Minimum Payment and Pay To. A drop-down box lists the available minimum payment amounts configured in the admin setup. A text field lets the affiliate choose who should receive the payout.
