## Redirects

The Redirects tab shows you a list of all of your redirects for this site.

The Redirects table displays the redirect ID, how much traffic the site is active for, the options of the redirect, the new site, tour, and program that a surfer will be redirected to, and the URL that the surfer will be redirected to.

### Adding a Site Redirect

To add a site redirect, click on the "Add Site Redirect" button at the top right of the Redirects Tab. You will be taken to the adding page, where you can choose either a new program or a new site and tour to redirect your site to.

You may also choose between redirecting to the tour URL or a completely new URL.

Options for this redirect include the following:

* **New Program** - The new program that the surfer will be redirected to from the site.
* **New Site** - The site that the original site will redirect to.
* **New Tour** - The tour that the original tour will be redirected to.
* **Redirect To** - The URL that the surfer will be redirected to.
* **Active For** - The percentage of traffic that the redirect will be active for.
* **Enabled By Default** - Set whether the redirect will be active by default.
* **Track Redirect** - Tells NATS to track the new hit after redirecting.
* **Disable Original Hit** - Tells NATS to track the original hit before redirecting.
* **Maintain Query String** - When enabled, NATS will pass any parameters within the URL to the URL being redirected to.

### Creating a Rule

Once you have created your Redirect, you must create a [Rule](/using-nats/nats-admin-features/rules.md#site-redirects) to enable the **Redirect**. Here, you can further configure the redirect. To do so, navigate to the Rules Tab of the newly created Redirect and click "Add New."

**Important:** Setting up a Site Redirect with the Mobile option set to "Yes" or "Any" will be overridden by the [Mobile Tour](/nats-admin/sites/further-reading/mobile-tours.md#mobile-redirects) that was set up for that specific Site.
{% endhint %}
