Mobile Tours are a feature in NATS that allows you to automatically redirect surfers using mobile phones to tours specifically designed for them. This allows you to create a less resource-heavy tour, allowing members of your site on mobile phones to browse more easily.
If you wish to create a new Mobile Tour, simply use the following steps.
Sites Admin
To create a new Mobile Tour, navigate to the Sites Admin and select the site for which you wish to make a mobile tour. Click "Add New Tour" located at the top right of the page. Ensure the Tour Type is set to Mobile and select "Add Site."

Next, navigate back to the Sites Admin to select the Site you created the tour for.
In the Details tab of the Site Overview, under Site Options, ensure the tour you've created is selected in the "Mobile Tour" field.

Once set up, NATS will automatically redirect any incoming mobile traffic to the newly created Mobile Tour.
Important: By setting the Mobile Tour here, any Site Redirect with a Target Rule "Mobile" set to "Yes" pointing to this site will default to the Mobile Tour instead of the target site of the redirect.
Next, be sure to customize any templates for your designated "Mobile Tour" that you plan to use and also have "_mobile" appended.
For example, at a minimum, you should customize the join_mobile, page_approval_mobile, and page_denial_mobile templates.

Learn more about Site Templates in "Site Templates."
Programs Admin
Before you redirect surfers through your mobile tour, you will want to add your mobile tour to the same programs that your standard tours are tracked with.
To do so, go to the Programs Admin and locate the programs that your standard tour applies to. Click the "Edit Program Details" action icon that corresponds to the program you wish to edit.
On the next page, scroll down to the "Tours In This Program" section, where you'll see all of the tours that are tracked by this program. Use the "Add Tour" drop-down menu to select your newly created mobile tour, and click Add. Any statistics generated by your mobile tour will now be tracked by the chosen program. If you wish to further edit your tour settings, simply click the "Edit" action icon corresponding to that tour.

Repeat the previous steps for all of the programs you want this tour to be tracked by. Your mobile tours will now be set for use in NATS.
Mobile Redirects
When a Tour is configured as a Mobile Tour in NATS, it will override certain Redirect Rules that you have set to that tour. The demonstrate this we can use two separate scenarios.
Redirecting to a Mobile Site
Redirecting to a Standard Site
Redirecting to a Mobile Site
When creating a Site Redirect Rule, traffic from a computer will be directed to the designated Site. If the "Mobile" option is set to "Yes" or "Any", mobile traffic will automatically select the Mobile Tour.
Redirecting to a Standard Site
When creating a Site Redirect Rule, traffic from a computer will be directed to the designated Site. If the "Mobile" option is set to "Yes", mobile traffic will be sent to the Tour or Site of your Rule selection. If the "Mobile" option is set to "Any" then both mobile and standard traffic will be redirected to the Rule target.
