Welcome-back offers can serve as a great way to incentivize expired members to resubscribe to your site. There are multiple ways you can provide Members with special Welcome Back offers directly in the email you have set up. The most straightforward way is to provide a link within a Mailer to expired members. You can offer a discount within a new Join Form incentivizing the expired member to re-subscribe.

Creating a Discount Join Option

To start, you'll first need to create a Join Page and a discount Join Option for the site you wish to reintroduce members to. You can learn how to create a new join option with the appropriate discount options on our How to Create a New Join Option page.

Once your Join Option has been created and configured properly, you can then send join form links with the new discounted join option to expired members via email.

Mailing Expired Members

Expired Members can be contacted to potentially bring back sales through a discount you can offer them using the recently created Discount Join Option.
