# Customer Overview

The **Customer Overview** page is split into a status/stats summary dashboard and three detailed tabs:

## Stats Dashboard

At the top of the customer record, a quick-view grid displays the customer's current status and totals:

* **Status**: Displays **Active** or **Deleted** based on the customer record status.
* **Emails**: The total count of email addresses associated with this customer profile.
* **Members**: The total count of member accounts currently linked.
* **Purchases**: The total count of completed purchases tied to this customer.

### Emails

Lists every email address associated with the customer profile.

* **Email**: The email address string.
* **Added**: The date and time the email was linked to the profile.
* **Status**: Marks whether the email record is active or deleted.

### Members

Lists all active or inactive member accounts linked under this customer profile (linked via `customer_id`).

* **Member ID**: A clickable link that opens the Member details overview page.
* **Username**: Displays the username. Hovering over it opens the **Member Popover** preview card to view quick stats and status, or to run quick actions.
* **Email**: The email address registered to the specific member account.
* **Joined**: The date and time the member account was created.

### Purchases

List of all [Set Sales](/content-management/sets/set-sales.md) performed by this customer.

* **Purchase ID**: The unique transaction record identifier.
* **Email**: The email used to make the purchase.
* **Amount**: The transaction monetary value.
* **Bought**: -
