In NATS, a customer is a centralized profile that unifies multiple member accounts, subscriptions, and transaction histories tied to a single user. It gives admins a single point of access to view total purchase history, linked email addresses, and active user credentials in one consolidated view.

Accessing Customer Management

To view the list of customers, select Customers in the left-hand navigation

From the primary Customer Management page, you can:

• Browse the full list of registered customer profiles.

• Search by Customer ID or Email

Multiple Members Under One Customer Record

With a customer record, multiple member accounts can be unified under a single Customer. This commonly occurs when a single user registers multiple times, like creating separate memberships using the same email address.

• NATS automatically links the member accounts that share common.

• Consolidated View: account attributes, such as email addresses.
