# Customers

In NATS, a **customer** is a centralized profile that unifies multiple member accounts, subscriptions, and transaction histories tied to a single user. It gives admins a single point of access to view total purchase history, linked email addresses, and active user credentials in one consolidated view.

## Accessing Customer Management

To view the list of customers, select **Customers** in the left-hand navigation

From the primary Customer Management page, you can:

* Browse the full list of registered customer profiles.
* Search by Customer ID or Email

## Multiple Members Under One Customer Record

With a customer record, multiple **member** accounts can be unified under a single **Customer**. This commonly occurs when a single user registers multiple times, like creating separate memberships using the same email address.&#x20;

* NATS automatically links the member accounts that share common.
* **Consolidated View**: account attributes, such as email addresses.
