The Configuration Admin's "Notification" section allows you to configure admin notifications for specific error categories.

Message Settings

You can choose what admin username(s) notifications are sent to.

• Support Recipients Question - The comma-separated list of admin usernames that will receive Question support messages from affiliates.

• Support Recipients Problem - The comma-separated list of admin usernames that will receive Problem support messages from affiliates.

• Support Recipients Suggestion - The comma-separated list of admin usernames that will receive Suggestion support messages from affiliates.

Affiliate Notifications

• Affiliate Notify Payvia - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their PayVia changes.

• Affiliate Notify Payvia Info - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their PayVia info changes.

• Affiliate Notify Defaults - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their defaults change.

• Affiliate Notify Settings - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their settings change.

• Affiliate Notify Details - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their account details change.

• Affiliate Notify Password - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their password changes.

• Affiliate Notify Badlinkcode - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when they have a bad linkcode setup.

• Affiliate Notify Login Attempt - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when there is a failed login attempt for their account.

Affiliate Member Notifications

The following settings are for notifications sent to affiliates when there are member actions.

• Affiliate Notify Member Change - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member changes information.

• Affiliate Notify Member Voided - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member voids.

• Affiliate Notify Member Chargeback - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member charges back.

• Affiliate Notify Member Credited - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member is credited.

• Affiliate Notify Member Insufficient - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member has insufficient funds.

• Affiliate Notify Member Cancelled - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member cancels their subscription.

• Affiliate Notify Member Rebilled - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member is rebilled.

• Affiliate Notify Member Joined - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member joins.

• Affiliate Notify Member Pre-Rebilled - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member has a pre-rebill.

• Affiliate Notify Member Pre-Joined - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member has a pre-join.

• Affiliate Notify Member Pending Rebilled - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member has a pending rebill.

• Affiliate Notify Member Pending Joined - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member has a pending join.

• Affiliate Notify Member Void Reversal - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member reverses a void.

• Affiliate Notify Member Credit Reversal - Allows a notification to be sent to affiliates when their referred member reverses a credit.

• Admin Notification Recipients - The comma-separated list of admin usernames that system notifications are sent to.

• Affiliate Notification Ignore Bad Tour - Do not send notifications to affiliates for bad tours in link codes.

• Affiliate Notification Ignore Bad Site - Do not send notifications to affiliates for bad sites in link codes.

• Admin Notification Ignore Subjects - Comma separated list of subjects or partial subjects for notifications you wish to ignore.

• Admin Notification Ignore Severe Subjects - Comma separated list of subjects or partial subjects for severe notifications you wish to ignore.
