The Configuration Admin's "Affiliate" section contains various settings and functionality for Affiliates.

Signup

Configure settings that take place when affiliates sign up for your program.

• Reseller Verify - Set whether affiliates must verify their e-mail before logging in.

• Reseller Manual Activation - Set whether affiliate accounts need to be manually activated.

• Closed Affiliate Signup - Create a password affiliates must use to sign up.

• Affiliate Age Verification - Turn of/off age verification for affiliates.

• Test Affiliate Age Verification IPs - A comma delimited list of IPs to only allow test mode for age verification upon an affiliate's login. This setting will disable age verification for all other IPs and only the IPs listed here will be prompted to verify their age.

• Account Rep NATSCODE - Set whether the account rep can be pulled from the natscode.

• Account Rep NATSCODE As Ref - Set whether account reps can refer affiliates.

• Assign Random Account Reps - Sets whether account reps are randomly assigned.

• Affiliate Non-Unique Emails - Comma-delimited list of email accounts that can be used for multiple affiliate accounts.

• Disable Referral Username Display - Disable affiliates from contacting and viewing the affiliates they refer.

• Affiliate Signup Captcha - Enable affiliate signup CAPTCHA.

• Google reCAPTCHA - Set the number of tries an affiliate can make before a Google CAPTCHA is used.

• Google reCAPTCHA Key - Set a key that will be used in the HTML code for your affiliate site. (Required when Google reCAPTCHA is used.

• Google reCAPTCHA Secret - Set a secret used for communication between your affiliate site and Google (Required when Google reCAPTCHA is used.

Account Changes

Set whether verification is required when affiliates change their account settings.

• Affiliate Verify Details - Set the verification action for when an affiliate changes their account details.

• Affiliate Verify Defaults - Set the verification action for when an affiliate changes their defaults.

• Affiliate Verify Settings - Set the verification action for when an affiliate changes their settings.

• Affiliate Verify Payvia - Set the verification action for when an affiliate changes their Payvia Type.

• Affiliate Verify Payvia Info - Set the verification action for when an affiliate changes their Payvia information.

• Admin Verify Details - Set whether to require admin approval when an affiliate changes their account details.

• Admin Verify Payvia - Set whether to require admin approval when an affiliate changes their Payvia Type.

• Admin Verify Payvia Info - Set whether to require admin approval when an affiliate changes their Payvia information.

• Affiliate Forgot Password No Plaintext - Set whether to send an affiliate an email to reset their password rather than a plaintext password.

• Affiliate Forgot Password No Plaintext Length - Number of seconds the affiliate password reset link will be active for (Used only when Affiliate Forgot Password No Plaintext is enabled).

• Affiliate Forgot Password No Username Verification On Reset - If set to "Yes," the reset password page will require only an affiliate's email address when setting a new password. Otherwise, both email address and username are required.

Payment Settings

The following settings allow you to set requirements and limitations on affiliate payouts.

• Force Pv Min - If the affiliate's desired payout is less than your PayVia minimum, NATS will automatically use the Pay Via minimum when storing payments.

• Update Pv Min - If the affiliate's desired payout is less than your PayVia minimum, NATS will automatically change the affiliate's payout to the PayVia minimum.

Please Note: For the following four settings, your changes will only apply to the settings for new signups on the main display page, ad tools page, stats page, and account page. There is an option to force this value to overwrite the current value for all affiliates.

• Require Payout Approval - Set whether to require manual approval before allowing payouts.

• Reseller Us W9 - Set whether to require US affiliates to submit a W9 before allowing payout.

• Default Payvia - Set the ID of the default payvia method.

• Affiliate Join Payment - Set the bonus amount given to affiliates when they sign up.

• Affiliate TOS Agree - Set the level an affiliate must agree to the terms of service before receiving a payout.

• Admin Notify W9 - Set whether to notify an admin when an affiliate submits a W9 Form.

• Unstore Banned Affiliate Payments - Set whether or not to store all stored, unpaid payments of the affiliate when they are banned.

Tiers

The following settings allow you to include or exclude certain statistics when counting tiered sales.

• Ties Include Rebills - Set whether to include conversion and rebill transactions when counting tier sales.

• Ties Include Dialers - Set whether to include dialer transactions when counting tier sales.

• Ties Include Manuals - Set whether to include manual transactions when counting tier sales.

• Tiers Include No Cost Registration - Set whether to include no-cost registration transactions when counting tier sales.

• Tiers Include Third-Party Registration - Set whether to include Third Party Registration transactions when counting tier sales.

• Tiers Exclude Initial - Set whether to exclude full initial transactions when counting tier sales.

• Tiers Exclude Trial - Set whether to exclude initial trial transactions when counting tier sales.

• Tiers Exclude Free Sales - Set whether to exclude $0 transactions when counting tier sales. If Tiers Include Third Party Registration or Tiers Include No Cost Registration is enabled, they will not be excluded.

Ad Tools

Enable or disable Ad Tool date limitations.

• Affiliate Disable Ad Tool Date Limitations - Set whether to disable date limitations for Ad Tools and always show all ad tools.

• Video Buffer Image - Set to show an image on video ad tool affiliate preview instead of directly loading flowplayer.

Linkcodes

Choose if you want to use a default Program ID when none is selected.

• Default Program ID - Set what to show for the default program to use when none is selected.

Custom Flags

Custom Flags allow you to add additional flags or fields for affiliates in the Affiliate Admin.

• Admin Reseller Flag - Adds a custom checkbox field for the affiliate. Once a value (value would be the name you want this field/flag to represent) is saved for this setting, you can find a new checkbox field in the Admin Affiliate Settings section in the Affiliates Admin.

• Admin Reseller Select - Adds a custom textbox field for the affiliate. Once a value (value would be the name you want this field/flag to represent) is saved for this setting, you can find this setting in the Admin Affiliate Settings section in the Affiliates Admin.

• Admin Reseller Contact - Adds a custom textbox field for the affiliate. Once a value (value would be the name you want this field/flag to represent) is saved for this setting, it will be displayed on the affiliate signup and affiliate account details edit sections.

Site Partner

This Section allows you to choose which transactions result in a payout to site partners.

• No Partner Payout Deductions - Set whether the site partner payout is skipped for credit, chargeback, void, and insufficient funds.

• No Partner Payout Reversals - Set whether site partner payout is skipped for reversals of credit, chargeback, voids, and insufficient funds.

• No Partner Payouting Pending - Set whether site partner payout is skipped for pending: trial, initial, conversion, or rebill.

• No Partner Payout Pre - Set whether site partner payout is skipped for pre: trial, initial, conversion, or rebill.

Postbacks

The following settings allow affiliates to receive postbacks regarding member activity and are either set to "Yes" or "No."

• Affiliate Post Member Approval - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member is approved. This includes per minute, seconds, initial, and trial.

• Affiliate Post Member Perminute - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks on member perminute approval.

• Affiliate Post Member Seconds - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks on member seconds approval.

• Affiliate Post Member Initial - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks on member initial approval.

• Affiliate Post Member Trial - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks on member trial approval.

• Affiliate Post Member Rebill - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member is rebilled.

• Affiliate Post Member Upgrade - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's account is upgraded.

• Affiliate Post Member Expire - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's account has expired.

• Affiliate Post Member Insufficient Fund - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's transaction is returned due to insufficient funds.

• Affiliate Post Member Credit - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks on member credit.

• Affiliate Post Member Chargeback - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's transaction is charged back.

• Affiliate Post Member Void - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks on member void.

• Affiliate Post Member Upgradedeny - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's upgrade is denied.

• Affiliate Post Member Change Details - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's details have been changed in any way.

• Affiliate Post Member Void Reversal - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's void has been reversed.

• Affiliate Post Member Credit Reversal - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's credit has been reversed.

• Affiliate Post Member Chargeback Reversal - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's chargeback has been reversed.

• Affiliate Post Member Insufficient Funds Reversal - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member's insufficient funds have been reversed.

• Affiliate Post Member Pre-Approval - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member is denoted as pre-approved.

• Affiliate Post Member Pre Rebill - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member has a rebill in process.

• Affiliate Post Member Pending Approval - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member is pending approval.

• Affiliate Post Member Pending Rebill - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks on member pending rebill.

• Affiliate Post Member Pending NCR - Set whether to allow affiliates to receive postbacks when a member has a pending no-cost registration.

The following settings provide extra variables that can be sent with the postback.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Campaign ID - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the campaign ID.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Program ID - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the program ID.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Siteid - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the site ID.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Tourid - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the tour ID.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Optionid - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the option ID.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Adtoolid - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the ad tool ID.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Subid 1 - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the sub ID 1.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Subid 2 - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the sub id 2.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Billerid - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the biller ID.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Country ID - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the country ID.

• Affiliate Post Extra Vars Promotional ID - Set whether to allow affiliates to post extra variables based on the promotional ID.
