Set up on ClearCard's Website

Before you can begin configuring ClearCard as a biller in NATS, you must first register a merchant account with them. This can be done through their website at https://stats.clearcard.com/solutions/Application/.

While registering with ClearCard, make sure to take down the Username, Site ID, and Merchant ID that are provided to you by your biller. This information will be necessary for setting up ClearCard in NATS.

You must give ClearCard this URL after your account approval: http://linkdomain/signup/process_clearcard.php

Replace linkdomain above with your Link Domain.

Set up ClearCard in NATS

Billers Admin

To begin setting up ClearCard as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select ClearCard, and click "Add."

Please Note: If you don't see ClearCard as a biller in NATS, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.

When prompted, fill in the Username (optional) that was provided to you by ClearCard under the "Account Info" section. If you were not provided with this information, please get in touch with your biller to receive it.

Sites Admin

Next, go to the Sites Admin and create or edit a tour you want ClearCard active for. Find ClearCard under the "Biller Details" section, and enter your Site ID. ClearCard assigns each site a unique ID, which must be obtained from their website. You can find your Site ID on your ClearCard "My Account -- My Websites" page, listed under Options on ClearCard's site. Fill in your Site ID and click Save.

Once you have done this, edit or create a new join option to apply ClearCard to. Under "Biller Codes," enter your ClearCard Merchant ID. ClearCard assigns each pricing option a unique Merchant ID, which again must be obtained from their website. You can find this on your ClearCard "My Account -- Membership Plans" page. Fill in your Biller Code in the provided field.

Once you have completed these steps, save your join option details. ClearCard will now be configured to process transactions through NATS.
