# Using Metadata with Sets

## Metadata and Sets

Any Metadata Type you have in the system will appear in every Content Set's Metadata section, where it can be populated with new and existing Metadata Values.

You can customize how and where they appear on the Member Area and Tour using [Block ](/content-management/member-areas-and-tours/themes/block-types.md)settings.
