The internal communication backbone of the platform. Endpoints here allow administrators to send direct messages or system-wide broadcasts to affiliates. It handles user-to-admin support tickets, automated system notifications (e.g., 'Your payout has been processed'), and the retrieval of an inbox's unread message count.
