# external‑transaction

Manages records of financial events that do not originate directly through the platform's standard checkout flow. This might include importing manual wire transfers, processing adjustments, handling chargebacks reported manually by a bank, or syncing transaction data from a legacy third-party system. Endpoints here allow for inserting, modifying, and reconciling these external financial records.
